We produce raw local honey, raise open-mated queens from proven genetics, and build our own hive equipment by hand. Worker bees gather nectar from thousands of blooms across North Alabama. Back at the hive, that nectar is transformed into honey whose flavor, color, and aroma reflect the landscape from which it came.
Did you know?
A single honey bee produces only about 1/12 teaspoon of honey during her lifetime, making every jar the combined effort of thousands of bees.
